You can respond to Bane's weakest blows by countering
Starting a fight with Bane is pretty easy because it won't be too different from fighting regular, heavily armored enemies. First of all, don't let the boss grab you, although if it's a standard attack (blue symbols), you can try to counterattack it. On the other hand, if it is a strong attack (red symbols), after Batman has been captured, it is recommended to try to use a counterattack in the form of protection and avoid getting quite serious damage as a result.
From now on, Bane will become noticeably stronger.
Attack the boss three times, stunning him with a cape that exposes him and gives you the opportunity to attack with a Beatdown, that is, a combination of quick punches. After you complete one or two sets of this attack, Bane must strengthen himself with Poison. You will recognize this moment by exposing the tubes on his back with green slime, as well as by changing the appearance of his health scale to one that looks like slime.

If Bane grabs you, try to protect yourself from damage in time.
As Bane has become even stronger thanks to the Venom boost, you need to pay a lot of attention to evade his powerful attacks and dodge at the right moments. If you are still captured, continue rhythmically pressing the key / button that appears on the screen, so you will avoid serious damage.
After a while, the fight will move to the terrace.
The appropriate execution of the entire sequence will cause the Bane to return to its standard state. So, continue to deliver all the blows described above, which will transfer the fight to the terrace that you have already visited [The Terrace of the East Tower].
Click the counterattack button
After the main video, wait for Batman to launch himself into the void after the falling Joker. Be ready to press the counterattack button at the right moment, which will lead to the capture of the Joker.
Note. If you die in the final phase of this battle, you won't have to start over, and only from the moment you fall onto the terrace.
